This morning (day minus 1) I am noticing that I sleep much less on a primarily raw food diet (about 5-6 hours nighttime and 1-2 hours daytime) vs. my normal "coffee diet" (approx. 8 hours nighttime + 1 hour daytime). I am also much happier. It’s getting close to noon and I’ve done the better part of a "normal" day’s work, even though I am still a bit sick. Depending on how I feel tomorrow morning I will either start the experiment right away or else wait another day. I want to be feeling good and get a good night’s sleep before I begin.
Today I read and reviewed PureDoxyk’s book "Uberman sleep" on the Resources page. I also made some notes on Diet, Raw Food and Attitude.
